Hello and welcome back to my weekly recap. I’m Lleeto and I look forward to documenting the Parallel and Echelon events that have occurred over the past week.
Big Terminal changes were announced on Friday! Check the Tweet out here.
– Fewer shards are required for refinement.
– Terminals are now rarer.
– Terminals are coming this month.
– Each Activated Terminal [Terminal + Battery] will be able to redeem 1 guaranteed reward and 1 potential reward.
The first major change is the number of total possible Terminals has been drastically cut down. Previously there were going to be 11,000 Terminals per Parallel, a total of 55,000. With the new changes, there will be a total of 2,200 Terminals, making that only 440 Terminals per Parallel!
– The cost to buy a Terminal has changed from 25 PRIME to 111 PRIME.
– The cost to activate a Terminal has changed from 6 Shards + 225 PRIME to 3 Shards + 135 PRIME.
With these price changes, it means buying and fully activating a Terminal will cost 3 Shards and 4 PRIME less than before with a total cost of 246 PRIME + 3 Shards.
Were you lucky enough to play the Parallel closed alpha but now miss it? Maybe you haven’t had a chance to play yet. Well, a new opportunity to play is around the corner.
Head to https://parallel.life/earlyaccess/ and select the new option “Request access to play this weekend”. This will be available until April 14th.
The playtesting for this stage will be open from Friday, April 14th – Sunday April 16th at 11:59pm EST.
Additionally, those selected to participate in this round of playtesting will have the option to participate in the below tournament!

Votes will now need only an 11% Quorum to pass. Quorum was previously 25%.
