It’s been a historic week for Parallel with its TCG going live to the public for the first time with the Open Beta release. Season 1 of the Open Beta has begun! Players can start earning this season’s exclusive Battle Pass rewards now including the new Legendary Universal Card – Ghosan, Viper of Ceres.

Season 1 of the Open Beta has brought adjustments to in-game PRIME emissions.
The cost to craft Rare and Legendary cards has increased and scrap gained from Uncommon, Rare, and Legendary cards has decreased.

Marlo doesn’t just let anyone walk away with PRIME.
Parallel started the week off strong by announcing Bunnyhopper as the first Parallel TCG Ambassador. He’s a Hearthstone world champion, and the top earner in the entire history of Hearthstone competitive play.
Second to be announced was Thea Booysen–also known as TheaBeasty– who is a professional esports caster, and the co-owner of the top gaming org in South Africa, Nixuh. Some of you may know her from her association with MrBeast.
The third Parallel Ambassador to be announced was Tylerootd who was a part of the Parallel Creator Invitational tournament last December. He immediately fell in love with the game and started swagging out his deck with Perfect Loops. His Twitter bio currently reads: “Future @Paralleltcg world champ”, we’re excited to watch his journey towards that statement!
The Game Cellar hosted a weekend packed full of Parallel content. Many outstanding community members, EPs, and team members were present. ParallelAiRev contributed a Prime Key to be given away to viewers. Plus a Game Cellar giveaway of PRIME with Mick boosting the original 99 to 111.

Parallel are popping off with their social media game this year. If you only follow Parallel on Twitter then you are missing out on some amazing Instagram and Tiktok content from them.
They are constantly posting exclusive educational Parallel content as well as hype promo videos. They even sometimes post things on their Instagram before it is sent to Twitter so be sure to follow all their social media channels!

Echelon will be attending the Game Developers Conference [GCD] from March 18th – 22nd, 2024 in San Francisco, CA! They will release more details closer to March 18th so keep an eye out.
You will be able to find them next to the Official GDC booth or just look out for the cool merch and gaming setups then you should find them.
Kalos resurfaced some old unreal engine experiments the Parallel team did to showcase potential use cases for the Parallel 3D assets library. If you’re new to the Parallel world then you will soon learn that each card Parallel created for their TCG was made with a corresponding 3d model.
You can see this Tweet thread from 2022 to see how owners of cards could potentially claim their corresponding 3d assets as equipment which could potentially be used in other Parallel Studio games.
