As of writing, Snapshot shows that voting is closed for both the EADA proposal and EP candidates. Voting closed today at noon EST.

Quorum for community votes is 25%. So far, 18,440 (12%) are participating. If quorum is not reached, the motion to recapture PRIME will not be implemented.
Now that PRIME is unlocked and more tokens are in circulation, we may revisit the 25% quorum requirement to reflect more realistic participation targets. Any quorum changes would not take effect until after the current vote closes and would be subject to community discussion.
Also, please remember to vote in the Emissary Prime Election by March 24, 2023 11:00 AM. On March 27, we will announce official results. New EPs will be inaugurated on April 1.

Based on the closing vote count for the PRIME Recapture vote (22,063.6) quorum was not met. The approximate participating percentage is ~14.8%. This means that the proposal will need to be resubmitted for further consideration.
The lack of quorum means the vote did not pass. The next steps include continuing the discussion with the community on the proposal and considering the percentage required to reach a quorum for future votes. Expect more discussion and debate on this through the coming weeks.
